A live DJ and percussion performance built around the energy of the event.

A More Personal Way to Shape the Atmosphere

CQ creates responsive performances for clubs, festivals, private events, and special productions by blending DJing with live and electronic percussion. Each set develops in real time, combining music, rhythm, and movement to create an experience that feels immediate, dynamic, and alive.

Before the performance, CQ considers the venue, audience, schedule, and overall musical direction to shape a set that fits the character of the event. During the performance, he moves fluidly between DJing, live percussion, and electronic percussion, using rhythm to build momentum, accent transitions, and introduce new energy throughout the set.

The performance evolves with the room, balancing familiar moments with fresh selections, smooth transitions, purposeful pacing, and live rhythmic elements that add a distinct visual and musical dimension.

The result is a hybrid performance that feels considered without feeling predetermined, allowing the energy of the audience to shape the direction of the music while live and electronic percussion bring an added layer of spontaneity and connection.Ideal For

A live DJ set tailored to the energy of each event, offering a more personal approach to shaping the atmosphere.

CQ creates responsive performances for clubs, festivals, private events, and cultural gatherings where the music needs to feel immediate and alive. Each set evolves in real time, blending familiar moments with fresh tracks, thoughtful selections, and carefully timed shifts in energy.

Preparation begins before the event, with CQ taking time to understand the venue, audience, schedule, set length, and overall musical direction. During the performance, he guides the atmosphere through smooth transitions, deliberate pacing, and an awareness of how the room is responding, allowing the music to complement the character of the event rather than simply follow a predetermined playlist.
